When we first bought a Fuji FinePix digital camera, oh, about 5 years ago, little did I know where it would lead!    My husband quickly made the leap to a "fancy" digital with all kinds of whistles and bells! In my mind anyways.....

His first "better" camera was a Nikon D70. I was scared to even touch it, let alone take a picture with it. After a while, I was very frustrated (with my Fuji) with the lagtime between focusing and snapping a picture. As we shoot mostly wildlife, this meant a great many pictures with birds or animals just out of the frame!

So it was on to a Nikon D50 for me! Wow. I LOVE my camera and am not jealous of my husband's anymore...most of the time. I tend to be more artistic, more impatient, and more unwilling to brave the elements for that "Perfect Photo" but I absolutely love being out in the wild....hiding in bushes, sneaking up on birds, etc.
